You can manage any cloud instance as a node using WMI, SNMP, or installing a SolarWinds Platform agent.

The Azure Stack Resource Manager (ARM) API used by the SolarWinds Platform to poll data does not provide performance metrics for volumes. However, you can manage the Azure VM, to which a volume is attached, as an SolarWinds Platform node to poll data and gather performance metrics. You can also use WMI, SNMP, or a SolarWinds Platform agent to manage any cloud instance as a node.
